Just as you have learned, most of us have eyesight problems．Thismay mainly result from the fact

that we are loaded with too much school work, spending alot of time reading and writing．Another reason may be that we don't use our eyesproperly, reading in bed or poor light, or sitting long hours in front ofcomputer, for example．

I am shorted--sighted, like many of us．Istarted to wear glasses at the age of 12, as a result of too

much online game playing．Then I realizedwhat was wrong and then corrected myself, and paying more attention to eye careat the same time．Though I cannot throw away my glasses, I havesucceeded preventing them from getting thicker．

 I have three advice for our poor eyesight problems:less school work, proper use of eyes and
