  Nowadys cheating in the examination has become a common phenomenon on campuses and an important issue of teaching management.The paper analyse some social problems biding behind cheating in the examination.Such as the imperfect educational system .students' learning for profit ,lacking of supervision and reasonable evaluation of  competent people and employment pressure .Therefore,the paper comes forth six strategies to solve the cheating problem among college students .There are as followings :strengthening moral bound.reforming the educational system and cultivating good style of study and school spirit ,retifying the attitude towards study improving and perfecting the regulations about  examination management and establishing integrated evaluation system of talented people.
