Recently my school has chosen a boy and a girl to beits image ambassadors and hopes that others can learn from the two modelstudents. There is a heated debate among the students on this issue.
Some students think that an image ambassador can set agood example for all the other students and inspire all of them. What’s more,in order to be an image ambassador, everyone will try their best to get rid oftheir bad habits and pay more attention to their appearance and develop theirabilities. However, other students hold different views. They believe aperson’s inner qualities play a more important role in their life. Besides, eachstudent’s unique style should be appreciated. They are also worried that somestudents may pay too much attention to their appearance.
As far as I am concerned, image ambassadors can’t setup a standard image for all of the students to follow. As a student, weshouldn’t place too much importance on image. Instead, the students’ abilitiesshould be the most important thing to consider.
