Good afternoon! My name is Li Hua. AsThanksgiving is drawing near, I’d like to express our gratitude/thanks for theenergy and time our parents have devoted to us.

As is known to all, great patience andperseverance are needed to bring up a child. We couldn’t have grown up withoutthe parents’ care and love. They always do whatever they can to help us makeprogress. I can feel my parents’ deep love for me, which encourages me to makegreater progress.

I think there are a lot of things we can doto show our gratitude towards them. For example we can cook a meal for them.Besides, we can help them with some housework. What is more important, weshould tell them we are thankful for what they have done for us and we won’tlet them down.
