August 15th in Chinese Lunar Calendar(The 15^th day of the eighth lunar month)is the Mid-Autumn Day, which is one of the most important traditional festivals in China．On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion and have a big dinner．The most popular food is moon cakes, which are round and look like the moon．The moon is the brightest this night and people will eat the delicious food while enjoying/admiring/watching the beautiful full moon．However, since moon cakes contain too much sugar and fat, some people should not eat too much or even mustn't eat the heavy food at all．
