The pop star performed at Lollapalooza 2024 and made the apparent dig while singing her hit Backstabber. Her song features the line "Katie’s to my left, rippin’ my style".

But the pair have now released a joint statement as agreed to resolve a decade-long legal battle out of court ahead of its scheduled trial next month.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, both parties released a public statement, which began with: "Kesha and Dr. Luke have agreed to a resolution of the lawsuit, and have agreed to issue and post a joint statement regarding that resolution.
