【语法知识】

时间的表达

1. 直接表达

1)使用基数词后接“o'clock”或直接省略“o'clock”来表示整点时间。

例句：

It's five o'clock. 五点整。

We have lunch at twelve. 我们十二点吃午饭。

2)直接写出小时和分钟，无需加“o'clock”。

例句：

The meeting starts at nine twenty. 会议九点二十开始。

2.间接表达

1)少于30分钟

使用“分钟 + past + 钟点”来表示。

例句：

It's ten past seven. 七点十分。

2.)多于30分钟

使用“ 60-分钟数) + to + 钟点+1)”来表示。

例句：

It's twenty-five to seven; we should leave now. 六点三十五了，我们该走了。

3)15分钟

使用“a quarter”替代。

例句：

The class starts at a quarter past two. 两点一刻上课。

4)30分钟

使用“half”表示。

例句：

The movie ends at half past nine. 电影九点半结束。

3. 上下午及大约时间的表达

上午使用“a.m.”，下午或晚上使用“p.m.”。

例句：2:30 p.m. 下午两点半

若时间不够准确，可加“about”。

4. 介词“at”的使用

some与any的用法

介词at, in, on表示地点和时间的区别

1. 地点

at：用于小地点或门牌号码前。

如，at the bus stop 在公交站

in：用于大地点或抽象场所;虽然是很小的地方，如果说话人生活、学习在那里，也可用in，如商店、学校、机关等。

如，in the city 在城市里，in the hospital 在医院

on：表示与面或线接触。
